We met through work, although it took it took 5 years to overcome the stigma of boss - employee relationships. Nevertheless, that didn't stop us taking wildly unnecessary trips together to Barcelona and Lisbon in order to 'confirm conference locations' - nor did it stop us becoming as thick as thieves at the smallest opportunity. While a difficult journey to navigate at times, we're both thankful for the time we had becoming deep friends, and the transition to husband and wife.
